• Gurudwara Yoga Specialization Program based on Traditional Hatha Yoga (Online + In-person)
• 270 hours of one-on-one connection with experts, active practice, and knowledge sharing
• Creative and inspiring sharing in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and Yin yoga styles.
• 30 hours of homework to nurture the individual style of the candidate
• Attendance at 20 studio sessions throughout the program, 5 hours of observation, and 5 sessions of assistance
• Organizing 5 studio internship sessions after the final meeting
• Detailed experience of yoga asanas with a grounded, solid approach, focusing on the energetic, anatomical, and emotional aspects of the breath
• Techniques for communicating felt experiences with clear and understandable language
• Developing the logic and spirit of creating a fluid session and a holistic practice
• Reading the energy of the practicing group and evolving spontaneous session content based on needs
• The art of touch and guidance with the hands
• Deepening meditation and pranayama techniques
• Anatomy rooted in asanas, the movement of breath, and body sensations
• Fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda
• Deepening the history and philosophy of yoga
• Guidelines for pursuing full-time yoga practice, including international certification details
• Continuing the 200-hour Gurudwara Yoga residency program with a 300-hour Gurudwara Yoga residency program will earn Yoga Alliance certification. Opportunity to become an RYT-500 Yoga Specialist
• Free distribution of the Specialist Handbook and other books that will contribute to the journey of a Gurudwara Yoga Instructor.
• Spontaneous short breaks will be provided between theoretical sessions.

Conditions of Participation

• The program is open to anyone who has a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved Specialist Certificate.

• Gurudwara Yoga experience provides an advantage in receiving an invitation to participate in the program.

• Participation in the program will require a face-to-face meeting with the leader.

• Additional teaching practice, typically around 100 hours, may be required. This will be determined during the initial meeting.

• The participant's discipline, desire, and group integration will be taken into consideration.

• Participants who declare themselves physically and mentally healthy are accepted to the program.

• In the event of an outpatient illness, you are expected to attend as an observer.

• Participants who fail to complete the meeting hours are not eligible for a certificate.

• A Specialist/Participation Certificate will not be issued to those who drop out of the program.

• You must attend at least two classes with the leader as an assistant during the program.

• All assigned homework assignments must be completed in full.

• Students who complete the course will receive a YOGA ALLIANCE-approved RYT 300-hour Specialist Certificate.

• In cases of insult or disrespect towards experts, the expert reserves the right to remove anyone deemed unsuitable from the program. Such an individual will not be eligible to receive a Specialist/Participation Certificate.

• Involves intensive physical training.

• While not mandatory, you are expected to maintain a vegetarian diet and abstain from addictions such as smoking or alcohol for a period of time during the program.

• In the event of any injury/death, the individual, including their family and legal heirs, waives all claims against the expert. It should be noted that this program includes physical training.

• By registering for the program, the individual is deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned terms.

Gurudwara Yoga is approved by the Yoga Alliance (YA), and its certification is issued as YA Yoga Alliance Approved.
This is an internationally recognized certification.
With this certification, the practitioner also accepts and undertakes to abide by the Code of Ethics.
