He established the theoretical foundation of Gurudwara Ashram and its proposed independent, alternative New Life. He approached the question of how the path from Yoga to Tantra intersects with Sufism through the paths opened by Rumi and Osho.

Inspiration and the present-moment construct of what is always derived from him. He provided answers to the unknowns of the new person and A New Life. He founded the Alternative Life Academy (Academy AHAD). He conducts original research on philosophy, interactive psychology and holistic medicine, healing, yoga, meditation, and especially bioenergy; their contribution to awareness and the connection to enlightenment.

He has numerous published articles and TV and radio talks related to his studies. He shares his views at every opportunity in various magazines, websites, and online social media groups.
